This seasonal jelly has a history and is highly prized among the shoshone bannock tribes. These small berries produce a nice jelly. I go into the hills and harvest these berries. It sells out fast and is very seasonal so it depends on the size of the harvest on how long these jellies are available so get yours while you can.
Ingredients: sugar, chokecherries, pectin, lemon juice.
