This spicy jelly has amazing flavor and compliments beef. I personally make a spread with this and use it as a condiment on my burgers.
Huckleberries are highly sought after, are seasonal and Ive never seen or heard of them being successfully farmed so every year, for the few weeks they are ready, I rush to beat the crowds and the bears, and go and harvest what I can. 
The heat profile can vary as each pepper is so unique but it is usually about double the heat of an jalapeno and has more of a fruity flavor.
