This sweet jelly is one for the books. Made with fresh cut rosemary cooked into the jelly it makes a great jelly for cooking and even using for a cheese board. I've used this to compliment chicken sandwiches and to even replace mayonnaise in tuna fish or shredded chicken tacos.
