This is not your standard run of the mill flavor for a jelly but don't let that detour you. I made this jelly originally for an older customer of mine whose wife had passed away. He had been looking for pinacolada since his wife had passed away and I told him I'd give it a try. It passed the test and I keep in around in memory of them both.
Goes great with teas in place of sugar or honey, great to rim jars for holiday drinks, amazing for thumb print cookies and even everyday use. The sky is the limit with this jelly.
Ingredients: Sugar, coconut water, pineapple juice, grenadine, pectin, lemon juice
