This jelly is what started the business for me. I ended up with a whole punch of extra pumpkins and was trying to figure out what to do with them so I tried jelly. 2 years later I was able to get the flavor I was looking for, a pumpkin pie in your mouth. You can even taste the crust. After making the jelly and passing the lab tests, I decided to sell it. So I geared up with 5 other jelly flavors and hit the farmers market. The rest is history.
