This is a very unique and delicate flavor. Strawberries are combined with basil into this unique flavor. It starts with the sweetness of the strawberry and is followed up with the rosemary. Each batch is unique as the basil varies with each plant and harvest.
This jam goes great with sandwiches or thinning it out with a little but of red wine vinegar and drizzle it over a spinach and feta salad. Or even over a margaritas pizza.
